RESIDENZA LIMPIDDU Holiday Homes, stands on a hill just 950 meters from the sea, in the small village of Limpiddu (a hamlet of Budoni) in Gallura, north-east Sardinia, just behind the renowned Sa Capannizza beach, in the bay of Budoni, appreciated for its crystal clear sea , fine white sand and scenic pine forest .
The apartments are all located in a new building that recalls the ancient Sardinian manor houses and is characterised by large verandas and panoramic terraces .
The use of Sardinian granite stone, respecting the local architecture, makes the building perfectly integrated with the surrounding environment.

Our comfortable apartments all have private entrances; they are bright, fully air-conditioned, finely furnished in Mediterranean style, and all overlook the central swimming pool.
Each apartment is unique in terms of layout, size, and features, yet all offer the same level of quality and comfort. Each apartment has its own private outdoor space, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing privacy.
They are also all reached by broadband Wi-Fi to allow you connectivity for your smart-working and leisure activities.
We have three-room apartments on the ground floor with direct access to the pool and panoramic three-room and two-room apartments on the upper floor.
The two-room apartments can be made interconnecting, to provide space for larger families or groups of friends.
All apartments have private parking within the property.
We are located right in the center of the small village of Limpiddu, in the municipality of Budoni.
Therefore, even without a car, all essential services are within walking distance : a bar, tobacconist, newsstand, mini-market, and a pizzeria that also offers takeout. These amenities are just 30 meters away.

Payment Schedule
30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 90 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 15 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €200 is due.
Notes
Please note that the rates do not include the Budoni Municipality Tourist Tax, which consists of Eur 0.30 per person per night (Eur 0.60 in the months of July-August) and will be collected upon arrival. Not applicable to children under 12 years old.
